Description: Patient is a 17-year-old woman who presented with multiple, bilateral ear keloids after ear piercing. She underwent excision and reconstruction of both ears with direct closure.

She is shown 3 months after surgery and was very pleased with the cosmetic result. She was instructed to use pressure earrings post op to minimize the risk of keloid recurrence.
