Procedure: Tissue Expander-Implant - Bilateral

58 year female with a history of left breast intraductal carcinoma and breast augmentation underwent bilateral mastectomies, removal of existing implants and reconstruction with tissue expanders and ADM. At a second surgery, 750cc round smooth high profile saline breast implants were placed. Nipple tattooing was done after surgery. Photos are 8 months post op.
