Procedure: Tissue Expander-Implant - Bilateral

41 year old female with right DCIS , underwent nipple sparing mastectomy and immediate reconstruction with 350 cc tall height tissue expanders and dermal matrix slings. Her second stage suregry was performed 2 months later when the exapnder removed a high profile, round, smooth, silicone gel 355 cc implants were placed and a total of 150 cc of fat was grafted from her abdomen to her breasts. Post op photos are 1 year after surgery.
