Post Op: 1 year
45 y/o female with right breast DCIS and history of 350 cc smooth round silicone subpectoral implants placed through periareolar incisions. She underwent nipple sparing mastectomies, placement of 350 cc tissue expanders. Her expanders were filled to 455 cc over several weeks. This was followed by removal of tissue expanders and placement of 420 cc Sientra HSC+ round, smooth extra High profile silicone gel implants. Post op photos are 1 year after surgery.
