42 year old woman with right breast DCIS and left breast ADH underwent bilateral nipple sparing mastectomies, prepectoral expanders followed by a second surgery for placement of silicone gel implants and fat grafting to both breasts. She is shown 9 months after mastectomy and 8 weeks after second stage reconstruction.
