A 33 year old female with hx of silicone breast implants and breast lift presented with a new diagnosis of breast cancer. She underwent bilateral nipple sparing mastectomies and immediate reconstruction with tissue expanders and dermal matrix slings. She is shown after her second stage surgery where she underwent removal of expanders and placement of silicone breast implants. Photos are 6 weeks after surgery.
