Procedure: Lumpectomy and oncoplastic breast reduction

Patient is a 59-year-old female with left breast intraductal carcinoma, macromastia (large breasts). A left breast lumpectomy, sentinel lymph node biopsy and oncoplastic breast reduction for symmetry and size reduction was performed. The nipples are “lifted” as part of all oncoplastic reductions. She underwent radiation treatments to her left breast after surgery. Photos on the left are 8 weeks post op.
