Procedure:Fat grafting and correction of inverted nipple after Lumpectomy

Patient is a 35-year-old female who presented 1 year after a left lumpectomy for breast cancer followed by radiation treatment. She was unhappy with left nipple retraction and volume loss. She underwent fat grafting from her abdomen to the left breast and correction of her retracted left nipple. Post op photos on the right are 6 weeks after surgery.
