Procedure: Breast Reconstruction via Breast Reduction

68 yo female with invasive left breast carcinoma underwent wire localized left lumpectomy, sentinel lymph node biopsy,oncoplastic left breast reduction, right breast reduction, and bilateral free nipple grafting. She is shown 3 months post op. She under went nipple grafts because of the large size of her breasts. The nipple grafts healed but have some residual hypopigmentation and scarring around the areola.
