51 year old female with right breast cancer underwent a right lumpectomy and oncoplastic breast reduction for symmetry. Her goal is to be a D cup breast after surgery. She also had some neck and back pain that prompted her interest in a breast reduction. Left breast was left slightly larger at the time of surgery in anticipation that the radiation would shrink the breast over the following year. She is shown 6 weeks after the surgery and prior to radiation therapy.
