Breast Reduction Before & After Photos | Patient 17

Post Op: 4 Months

47 year old female with large breasts, current bra size is 38E. She reports having back, neck, and shoulder pain for 6 years. Patient also reports skin infections/rashes between/under her breast, which are more prominent during the summertime. She reports having shoulder strap grooving and has to wear special bras/padded straps to accommodate it. The patient also reports having headaches. She tried chiropractic treatments and PT. Patient has taken ibuprofen, naproxen, and excedrin to control her symptoms. She did breastfeed. No history of breast lumps or prior breast biopsies. No history of breast cancer or breast concerns. Patient reports losing 38 lbs which slightly affected her breast size.

She underwent a breast reduction and chest wall liposuction that removed 784 grams from right breast and 567 grams from the left.

Post op photos are 4 months after surgery.
