41 year old female with large breasts and size 34 bra. She suffered from pain in the neck and back, rashes under the breasts, and strap grooving for 10 years. She underwent a breast reduction with removal of 367 grams from her right breast and 318 grams from the left. She had tremendous improvement in her symptoms. Post op photos are 2 months after surgery.
