The patient is a very pleasant 30-year-old female with long standing neck and back pain due to her large breast. She underwent a bilateral breast reduction with a medial pedicle. 2039 g was removed from the right breast and 1798 g from the left breast. Post-Op photos shown are 4 months after surgery.
