Procedure:

Active 29 year old woman with neck and back pain for 10 years. She tried acupuncture and massage therapy with little improvement. She was a 36G cup and desired to be a C cup. She was 5'11'' tall and weighed 160 pounds. She underwent breast reduction with removal of 448 grams from the right breast and 381 grams from the left. Post op photos are 4 months after surgery. She had a beautiful result and her neck and back pain improved tremendously.
