Patient is very pleasant 18-year-old who has had large breasts since adolescence and is bothered by neck and back pain. They tried chiropractic and physical therapy without improvement. Patient underwent a breast reduction of 730 grams from right breast and 677 grams from left breast. Post op photos are 4 months after surgery.
