19 year old woman was bothered by neck and back pain from her heavy breast her entire life. She underwent a breast reduction with removal of 632 grams from the right breast and 585 grams from the left breast. Post op photos 6 months after surgery. Her back and neck pain resolved and she was thrilled with the result.
