54 year old female with neck and back pain underwent a bilateral breast reduction. 170 grams from right breast, 1281 grams removed from left breast with an anchor scar pattern. She recovered well and had tremendous improvement in her back pain. She was thrilled with the results. Post op photos are 6 weeks after surgery.
