Procedure: Breast Reduction

63 year old female underwent a left lumpectomy and oncoplastic breast reduction for left breast cancer. Surgery was performed to improve breast symmetry and shape after the lumpectomy and to reduce the size of her breasts. The left breast was left intentionally larger as the radiation therapy postop always causes some degree of contracture in the affected breast. Post op photos are 7 weeks after surgery.
