Patient is a lovely 41-year-old female who had a strong family history of breast cancer and an increased risk of developing breast cancer who underwent prophylactic bilateral mastectomies. She underwent tissue expander placement and placement of bilateral silicone breast implants and fat grafting from the abdomen to her bilateral breasts. She is shown 6 weeks after surgery.
