50-year-old female with multi-focal right breast invasive carcinoma underwent two wire-localized lumpectomies in the right breast, axillary sentinel lymph node biopsy, right oncoplastic breast reduction and a left breast reduction for symmetry. The band aid in the left upper chest is covering her wound from a chemotherapy port that was removed.
