Active 48 year old female with multiple year history of neck, shoulder, and back pain. She reported her breasts were an "inconvenience" and that was unhappy with the appearance of them especially after a 30 pound weight loss because there was redundant skin. She wanted her breasts to look better in clothing. She was also training for a half marathon. She underwent a breast lift and was very happy with the results. Her symptoms resolved and she was more comfortable running. Photos are 1 year post op.
