Breast Implant Removal Before & After Photos | Patient 01

Patient was a lovely 74-year-old female with implants that were 21 years old. She had submuscular saline implants placed in the left implant ruptured several years ago prior to surgery. She presented with ptosis, breast asymmetry and capsular contracture. She is shown 1 year after bilateral capsulotomies and mastopexy. She is very happy with the results of surgery and has significantly improved symmetry.
