Breast Implant Revision Before & After Photos | Patient 08

Patient Details

Patient is a 51-year-old female, who has undergone a submuscular breast augmentation with 339 round, smooth silicone implants. She developed radiographic evidence of implant rupture on the right and she has contractures with distortion of the breasts. She presented with Baker grade 3 capsular contractures and desired exchange of her implants and treatment of her capsular contractures.
She underwent bilateral anterior capsulotomies and silicone breast implant exchange. Patient was found to have a ruptured right silicone implant at the time of surgery. She had Allergan Inspira soft touch round smooth style SSM 345 implants placed bilaterally through her existing periareolar incision in a partially submuscular plane.
Her post-op photos are 1 year after surgery
