Patient is a very pleasant 55-year-old woman who had significant excess skin following abdominoplasty by another surgeon several years ago and desired a breast reduction and lift. She underwent a bilateral breast reduction, chest wall liposuction, revision of an abdominoplasty done by another surgeon and abdominal liposuction. She had approximately 326 g removed from her right breast and 456 g removed from the left. Abdominal tissue removed was 1298 g. 200 cc of liposuction was removed and 700 cc of liposuction was removed on her abdomen. She was very happy with the results and is shown 9 months after surgery.
