Procedure: Tissue Expander-Implant - Bilateral

Patient with breast cancer who elected for bilateral mastectomies. She desired a smaller breast size. underwent bilateral mastectomies and immediate reconstruction with partial submuscualr tissue expanders and acellular dermal matrix slings. She underwent placement of saline breast implants and scar revision at the second stage operation, tissue expanders followed by breast implants at the second stage. Photos are 4 months postop.
Patient declined nipple reconstruction and tattooing.
