Procedure: Tissue Expander-Implant - Bilateral

Patient is a 61-year-old female with left breast cancer. The photo of the left demonstrates bruising from her preop needle biopsy that diagnosed her cancer. She underwent bilateral mastectomies and reconstruction with partial submuscular tissue expanders and acellular dermal matrix slings. Saline implants were placed at the second operation followed by C-V nipple flaps and areolar tattooing. Photo on the right is 1 year post op.
