65 year old woman with left breast cancer underwent bilateral skin sparing mastectomies and immediate reconstruction with dermal matrix slings and tissue expanders followed by a second surgery for fat grafting and silicone implant placement. She had a secondary surgery to tighten up the implant pockets a year later. Her photos are 3 months after the secondary surgery.
