69 year old female with a history of right breast cancer underwent a right modified radical mastectomy and a prophylactic left mastectomy and immediate reconstruction with dermal matrix and tissue expanders. She underwent second stage reconstruction with placement of Sientra HSC+ smooth, round, high projection silicone implants 415 cc. She is shown 6 weeks after surgery.
