42 year old female with large breasts causing neck, back and shoulder pain. She tried chiropractic treatments, physical therapy and massage therapy with minimal improvement in her symptoms. Her preop op bra size was 36K and she desired to a fuller D cup breast after reduction.

Procedure: Breast Reduction

She underwent bilateral breast reduction and chest wall liposuction with removal of 743 grams from the right breast 743 grams 877 grams from the left breast. She had minimal pain with her surgery. She was very happy her cosmetic result and had significant improvement in her symptoms. Photos are shown 8 months after surgery.
